The library will once again be a Summer Feeding Program Pickup Site! Bringing your children to the library for Summer Reading will feed their minds and their stomachs! The library is teaming up with HCS Food Service to serve breakfast and lunch daily, Monday through Friday, May 26th through June 26th. Free meals are available for any student 18 and under. You do not have to be enrolled in the Hart County Public School System to qualify. Pickup will be in the library's Community Room on the bottom floor. Use the entrance on the side of the building facing the garage and follow the hallway to the right.

Also known as The Run for the Bubbles Special thanks to Sweet Farm Equipment LLC Est. 1977 for supplying the bridles for our horses! This Saturday is Free Comic Book Day! We're excited to once again partner with The Great Escape: Bowling Green to offer free comics to our patrons! Swing by the library this Saturday, May 2nd, between 8:30 AM and noon to pick up some amazing free comics! We have a fantastic selection featuring your favorite franchises, with something for every age group! Each person can choose up to 5 comics to take home. But hurry, they are first-come, first-served! We have a limited supply of the white pine trees available now! Everyone is welcome to come and pick one up—no prior registration needed! While supplies last. We are pleased to announce the winners of our America250KY bookmark contest, a project funded through a grant from the Kentucky Historical Society! The free trees from Neighborhood Forest have arrived! Pick up your trees starting tomorrow at 9 am. Your tree will be held for you until the end of the day Friday, April 20th. Trees are located in the library's conference room, which is upstairs behind the elevator. Prior registration required!
